Free trial
Sharebrand offers a 14-day free trial to all new users. During this trial period, you have full access to all features of the platform without providing a payment method. No credit card is required to start your free trial.
Converting to a paid subscription
At the end of your free trial, if you wish to continue using Sharebrand, you must provide a valid payment method and subscribe to a paid plan. By adding your payment method, you acknowledge that you have fully evaluated Sharebrand and that the platform meets your needs.
Your subscription begins immediately upon acceptance of payment and renews automatically on the same date each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from your first payment, not from the start of your trial. If you are not satisfied with Sharebrand within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge, you may request a full refund by visiting our contact page.
After the 14-day money-back period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations occurring mid-billing cycle.
Renewal notices and automatic billing
We will send you a reminder email 7 days before each subscription renewal notifying you of the upcoming charge. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, we will automatically charge your payment method for another billing period. Renewal charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
You are responsible for monitoring your renewal dates and cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to use the Service. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Lifetime and one-time purchases
Payments for lifetime plans and one-time purchases, including Founders Plan tiers, are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not made substantial use of the plan features. After 14 days, all one-time and lifetime payments are final and non-refundable.
Duplicate charges and billing errors
In the rare event that a duplicate charge, accidental billing error, or system failure results in a charge that should not have occurred, we will refund the erroneous charge upon investigation and verification. Contact us immediately with documentation of the charges. We will investigate and resolve billing errors within 14 business days.
Chargebacks and fraud prevention
We maintain fraud prevention measures to protect both users and our platform. Chargebacks filed for payments made in exchange for legitimate use of the Service will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent termination. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and to pursue recovery of amounts owed.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve legitimate billing errors promptly and directly.
Account termination and violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be provided for any charges already incurred, including current subscription payments.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
Service credits and SLA
In the event of downtime that breaches our uptime target as defined in the Terms of Service, eligible paid subscribers may be entitled to a service credit as described in those Terms. Service credits are the exclusive remedy for downtime and do not constitute a cash refund under this Refund Policy.
Policy modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will provide notice by email.
