The Sharebrand White-Label Reseller program lets you offer a fully branded file-sharing platform under your own name, on your own domain, with your own pricing and billing. Your clients get a completely normal product experience — they sign up, get their own workspace, manage their storage, and share files just like any regular user. They never see Sharebrand anywhere.

You can create unlimited client workspaces, each isolated from one another with its own storage allocation, branding, and login. Every client has their own independent account, exactly as if they were using any SaaS product — but it runs under your brand. You set the plan names, prices, and trial lengths. You connect your own Stripe and collect revenue directly.

Sharebrand provides the product, infrastructure, security, and updates. You provide the brand, go-to-market, and customer support. Think of it as getting a fully operational SaaS product in a box for branded file sharing — without building anything.

Yes. Your domain, your logo, your colors on every page, email, and file transfer your clients see. Sharebrand does not appear anywhere on client-facing surfaces. The only place you will see Sharebrand branding is inside your own admin dashboard at dashboard.sharebrand.io.
You do. You connect your own Stripe account and bill your clients directly. Sharebrand has no visibility into what you charge and takes no cut of your revenue. You pay Sharebrand $99/month for the platform.
Your 9 TB is pooled across all your client workspaces. You allocate it however you like — each workspace requires a minimum of 250 GB. If you need more, you can add storage at $10/TB per month at any time from your dashboard.
Unlimited, subject to your available storage pool. Each workspace requires at minimum 250 GB, so a 9 TB pool supports up to 36 workspaces at the minimum allocation. Buy more storage and you can create more.
Completely. You name your plans, set your prices, and choose trial lengths from 0 to 30 days. Sharebrand has no pricing minimums or requirements for what you charge your clients.

The platform includes a smart support routing layer. General inquiries — billing questions, account access, anything related to your brand and your relationship with your client — are routed directly to you. Technical issues, bugs, and platform-level problems are routed to Sharebrand anonymously, so your clients never know we exist.

When our team resolves a technical support ticket, the reply is sent to your client through your own domain — for example, support@yourdomain.com. Your client sees only your brand at every step.

This means your clients can get technical help without you acting as a relay. They report the issue, we fix it, and they receive the answer — all under your name. You stay in the loop, but you never have to manually forward support requests to us.

Yes, completely. Every client workspace is fully isolated and independent. If you have 20 clients under your reseller account, each one gets their own portal, their own custom subdomain (or full domain), their own login, their own storage allocation, and their own plan. They cannot see each other and have no knowledge of any other workspace.

Each client workspace functions exactly like a standalone product — your client manages their own users, shares files, tracks transfers, and operates entirely within their own environment. From their perspective, they are simply using your platform. Nothing connects them to any other client or to Sharebrand.

Yes. Resellers with more than 200 active client workspaces or storage requirements above 200 TB are eligible for a custom enterprise agreement. This includes discounted platform pricing based on your volume, a dedicated success manager, and priority support.

At that scale, we also offer a dedicated server instance — your own isolated infrastructure rather than shared tenancy — built to handle high traffic and high-volume file operations reliably. Contact us to discuss your requirements and receive a custom quote.

If payment fails, there is a 14-day grace period during which your platform stays active. After that, your platform and all client workspaces will be suspended. We recommend disclosing this to your clients in your own terms.

When you cancel, your platform stays active until the end of your paid period. After that, there is a 30-day wind-down period during which you can export data and notify your clients. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. You are responsible for communicating this to your clients.
