Our story

Hey there! We're the small team behind Sharebrand. We're building the simplest way for client-facing businesses to share files under their own brand.

We started in 2024 after years of running our own agency. We were frustrated with expensive, overcomplicated file sharing tools that forced our clients to interact with third-party brands. We needed a better solution and couldn't find one — so we built our own.

We believe powerful tools shouldn't come with enterprise pricing or compromise your brand. That's why we built Sharebrand — professional file sharing that puts your brand first, not ours.

Why we exist

As a small agency, we wanted to appear professional when we delivered work to clients. We wanted to present them with a clean, well-presented page with our name, our logo, and let them download files with ease. But we couldn't find a tool that did this properly.

We weren't looking to replace Dropbox or build a consumer cloud storage app. We focused on a specific market: small and medium teams, freelancers, consultants, small law firms, and advisors — any client-facing business where branding and security matter.

We're a brand-first file sharing platform for businesses that care about how they show up for clients. We help them share files under their own name, not ours.

What's next

Sharebrand is now part of the Tarkle family. With our unified infrastructure, we're able to ship the features our customers actually ask for.

We're launching file masking, which lets you keep files stored at your current provider — Dropbox, Google Drive, Box — while sharing them through a branded Sharebrand URL. Your clients won't know or care where the files live.

We're also introducing the Reseller plan, which takes the same white-label idea further. Instead of just sharing files under your brand, you can now run an entire branded file-sharing platform for your own clients — your name, your domain, your pricing. We handle the infrastructure. You own the product. It's the same mission we started with, extended to the businesses that want to offer it to others.
