Sharebrand is a service owned and operated by Tarkle Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Licences are sold through Tarkle, Inc., an authorised reseller incorporated in Wyoming, United States. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the Sharebrand platform, and what choices you have about them.
This policy applies to sharebrand.com and all related domains operated by Tarkle Limited.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies help websites recognise your device across requests and sessions, remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with the platform. Analytics cookies
We use two analytics tools to understand how users interact with Sharebrand. We have chosen both specifically because they are privacy-respecting and do not use tracking methods that follow you across the web.
Vercel Analytics collects anonymised performance and page load data to help us identify and fix technical issues. It does not create individual user profiles.
Fathom Analytics is a privacy-first analytics platform. It does not use fingerprinting, does not track individuals across websites, and does not require a cookie consent banner under GDPR in many jurisdictions because it does not collect personal data as traditionally defined. It counts visits without identifying who you are.
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not allow third-party advertisers to set cookies on Sharebrand. We do not share data from analytics cookies with advertising networks.

You can opt out of Fathom Analytics by enabling the Do Not Track signal in your browser. Fathom respects this signal automatically. Vercel Analytics collects data at an aggregate level and does not track individuals, so there is no individual opt-out mechanism.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove services or change how we use cookies. We will update the last updated date and notify you of any material changes through the platform or by email.
