Common questions

Yes. You pay once. Your plan never expires and never auto-renews. The only exception is storage overages on the Reseller plan — if you use more than your included TB, additional storage is billed at $10/TB per month. The base plan itself is permanent.

You get a reseller dashboard where you create independent workspaces for each of your clients. Each workspace has its own domain, its own branding, and its own storage allocation. You own the product experience. We own the infrastructure.

You can invite clients directly, or enable self-registration so clients sign up on their own through your branded domain — no manual provisioning needed. You can offer them a free tier, a trial period, or require payment from the start. You set the rules.

Connect your own Stripe account and your clients pay you directly. Sharebrand never appears anywhere your clients can see.

A typical reseller flow: You configure your branded portal on your domain → announce it to your audience or run ads to a signup page → clients land on your page, start a trial or subscribe → they get their own workspace under your brand → they invite their own team and share files with their clients → you collect recurring revenue at whatever rate you set. We handle the infrastructure, storage, uptime, and backups. You handle the business.

After purchase, you will receive an email with setup instructions within 24 hours. The initial setup is done by our team and takes up to 7 working days. We will ask you to provide your logo, your domain name, and to point your DNS records to us so we can configure your reseller portal. Once your portal is live, you log in, connect your Stripe account, and start creating client workspaces from your dashboard. We handle all the infrastructure behind it.

The Reseller LTD is a separate purchase and does not stack with existing LTD codes. It replaces your current plan with the full Reseller tier permanently. If you hold a Pro LTD and purchase Reseller LTD, the Reseller plan takes over.

This is a hard limit, not a sales tactic. Each Reseller account requires setup time and ongoing infrastructure support from our team. We are capping at 25 to make sure every reseller gets proper setup and support. When these 25 codes are gone, the lifetime Reseller option closes permanently. The monthly Reseller plan at $99/month remains available after that.

We made a significant financial commitment to acquire sharebrand.com outright — not renting it, owning it. We also sold our design agency to focus 100% on the Tarkle product portfolio: Sharebrand, Kontrable, and Bripes. Our users and customers are our investors. No outside funding, no board to answer to. We build for the people using the product.

If the product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right. We are a small team that actually reads and responds to support. We do not hide behind a ticket queue.
