Branding Not Displayed

Why your Sharebrand branding isn't visible.

Symptoms

  • Default Tarkle logo shows
  • Branding not applied to client portal

Causes

  • Logo file upload error
  • Branding not enabled

Quick Fix

Check brand settings

Visit Settings > Sharebrand and confirm branding is enabled.

Re-upload logo

Upload logo again (supported: PNG, SVG, JPG). Click Save.

Clear cache

Instruct clients to refresh or clear browser cache.
